A fine opening par 5 will entice the bigger hitters to go for the green in 2 shots.  The tee shot should favour the right half of the fairway as a tee shot hit down the left side has a chance to catch the left bunker.  A drive up the right with leave you with a flatter stance for your second shot.  The cross bunker 85 yards from the green needs to be avoided leaving you a straight forward pitch shot to a generous size green.  Two bunkers protect the front left and right of the green.
