Get Into Golf For Women

We are extremely excited to announce several new initiatives for women and young girls new to golf.

Get Into Golf Women & Girls Taster Day

Get Into Golf is designed specifically for first time women golfers (aged 18+) and girls (5-17) and offers a great opportunity to try the game of golf.

We are holding a Taster Session at Moor Hall Golf Club on Sunday 12th March 2023 at 2.00pm for women and young girls.

We offer a very relaxed environment and believe golf is a great game for everyone.

You do not need any equipment to start your golfing journey with us. There is no dress code in these sessions so please wear something comfortable which is easy to move in.

The Get Into Golf Taster Session at Moor Hall Golf Club will be run by our very friendly and experienced Senior Professional, Cameron Clark. “Our get into golf sessions are a brilliant introduction to this great game, where we make everyone welcome. They’re also a great way to meet other beginners, make new friends and have a laugh.”

No booking required just turn up and enjoy a fun afternoon.

Women on Par

Following on from the Taster Session, Women on Par is specifically designed for ladies new to golf who would like to get involved in lessons and get out onto the golf course.

Women on Par uses a variety of fun, off and on course challenges, to support beginners to get out onto the golf course instead of just focusing on counting shots. You will also learn the basic rules and etiquette of the game.

As a new golfer we recognise the need to support progress from beginner to regular player. Women on Par will deliver a variety of sessions and allow you to learn and play with women of a similar ability without any pressure and make some new friends along the way.

This initiative will run either on a Saturday or Sunday commencing in April 2023 for 6 weeks. The cost is £60pp.
